Properties, DMCs, Activity/Tour Operators and others who are interested in partnership opportunities should complete the Voyage Partnership Submission Form.

Voyage or the Mark Travel Corporation will then reply to discuss timing, preparation and approach (how to best present the property). Voyage producers will then create a site-specific production plan and will schedule a pre-production site visit.

Shooting on location typically takes one to two days, depending on the size of the property.
The on-site production process is relatively simple. A Voyage Videographer will arrive and do a walkthrough of the property and facilities, establishing where and what to shoot. After the walkthrough, a shooting schedule is set and the Videographer begins filming.

Filming will include facilities, pre-arranged interviews (if applicable), surrounding area, scenery, etc. All content will be shot in vivid High Definition and in a style consistent with the standards of quality Voyage is known for.

Video footage is edited into individual one-and-a-half- to three-minute segments, which are then uploaded to a password-protected area for your review.

The copyright of the production remains solely with ©Voyages North America. However, we will license the video to you for non-competing usage, including your own marketing outlets. A copy of our license agreement and outline can be viewed here.
